Abuse of any kind ( dropping the device , scratches , Acts of God, Acts of Terrorism, Misuse, Floods, Fires, Earthquakes, Items Opened by Another Party, , Items Covered By Another Warranty, Products With Repair Attempts By Someone Other Than DV Authorized Service Personnel, Injuries of Any Kind Resulting From Use Regardless of Circumstance, Issues and Damage Resulting From 3rd party (non DV ) Software, Issues Arising From Alterations or Modifications, Products With Missing or Defaced Serial Numbers. Other Restrictions May Apply.
Please remember, DV warranty covers only Factory defects DOESNT INCLUDE MISUSE, Any scratches/drop signs /Wrong use of batteries or chargers void the warranty immediately.
E-juice: No refunds. No returns. Taste is too subjective. Many e-liquids that some find amazing, others dislike, so we cannot offer refunds or returns simply because you do not like the taste of an e-juice. We apologize for this in advance.
Due to the fact that we cannot ascertain if e liquids have been doctored / tampered with we are not able to accept returns of any e liquids whether they are unopened, un-used or remain sealed unless we have sent you incorrect liquids in your order.
Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Dubai Vapers harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Common Sense : Misuse , If an item if damaged because You didn't know how to operate it/maintain it or you were "learning" its obviously not covered in any warranty , Vape gear aren't a new Fridge or a TV set or a new mobile phone as their life span completely dependant on your knowledge base and whether you know the specs and the capabilities of these devices or not , Vaping in general is a DIY hobby and you are expected to watch reviews / read tutorials and you research before placing an order .
